Mechanical Technician :
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform mechanical piping work for plumbing and air conditioning systems.
• Install and extend fire suppression network pipes (sprinklers, standpipes, hose reels).
• Install air conditioning pipes (copper, iron, galvanized, PPR, HDPE).
• Read and execute mechanical drawings accordingly.
• Perform welding, joining, and securing pipes according to specifications.
• Conduct pressure tests and ensure the integrity of the networks.
• Adhere to Saudi Civil Defense standards and requirements.
• Diagnose faults and perform maintenance and repair work.
• Comply with occupational safety and health instructions at work sites.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors on site. • Submitting field reports on completed work as requested.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical contracting.
• Experience in building projects (villas, apartment buildings, complexes, facilities).
• Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings.
• Good knowledge of pipe types and installation methods.
• Experience with fire suppression and air conditioning systems.
• Ability to work in the field and under pressure.
• Commitment and punctuality.
• Suitable physical condition.
• Experience with Civil Defense requirements and approvals is preferred.
• Experience with VRF/VRV systems (an advantage).
• Ability to drive and travel between project sites is preferred.
• Willingness to work in different regions within the Kingdom.

• ایئر کنڈیشنگ پائپ (تانبا، لوہا، جستی، پی پی آر، ایچ ڈی پی ای) نصب کریں۔

• تصریحات کے مطابق ویلڈنگ، جوائننگ، اور پائپوں کو محفوظ کرنا۔
• پریشر ٹیسٹ کروائیں اور نیٹ ورکس کی سالمیت کو یقینی بنائیں۔
• سعودی شہری دفاع کے معیارات اور تقاضوں پر عمل کریں۔
• خرابیوں کی تشخیص کریں اور دیکھ بھال اور مرمت کا کام انجام دیں۔
• کام کی جگہوں پر پیشہ ورانہ حفاظت اور صحت کی ہدایات کی تعمیل کریں۔
• سائٹ پر انجینئرز اور سپروائزرز کے ساتھ رابطہ قائم کریں۔ • درخواست کے مطابق مکمل شدہ کام پر فیلڈ رپورٹس جمع کرانا۔

تقاضے اور اہلیت:
• مکینیکل کنٹریکٹنگ میں کم از کم 7 سال کا تجربہ۔
