Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Issuing: Inspect deliveries, verify orders, and issue supplies to departments.
Stock Control: Implement First-In, First-Out (FIFO) rotation, manage expiry dates, and handle surplus/expired goods.
Organization & Hygiene: Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas.
Record Keeping: Update inventory databases, document purchases, and prepare reports.
Coordination: Liaise with chefs, purchasing, and suppliers.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in food & beverage Store.
Skills:
Knowledge: Understanding of inventory software, MS Excel, and hygiene/safety protocols.
