Description

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage procurement activities for construction projects, with a strong focus on fit-out, interior works, and related civil/architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services for construction and fit-out projects.
Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), PQDs, and Purchase Orders.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to ensure timely material delivery.
Monitor material costs, budget compliance, and procurement schedules.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the Gulf region, particularly in construction, fit-out, and interior projects.
Strong knowledge of materials, PQDs, suppliers, and market pricing related to interiors and finishing works.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
