Description

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure quality compliance for wiring harness, PCB, and SMT processes.
Implement and monitor IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC-A-610 standards.
Conduct in-process and final inspections, functional testing, and audits.
Prepare and maintain Control Plans, SOPs, and QA documentation.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Drive PPAP, MSA, SPC, and other quality tools for new product development.
Monitor defect Pareto, reduce rework, and improve FPY.
Train operators on quality standards and Poka-Yoke.
Support customer quality requirements and handle complaints.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
3–8 years’ experience in wiring harness quality and exposure to PCB/SMT QA.
Strong knowledge of IPC standards, PPAP, MSA, and 7 QC tools.
Familiarity with Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement.
Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
