• Coordinate microwave link survey, installation, and integration activities
• Manage field teams and follow up on daily tasks
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure timely task closure and quality compliance
• Prepare reports and track project progress

Requirements:
• Experience in microwave link projects (Survey/Installation/Integration)
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple sites and tight timelines
• Knowledge of telecom safety and quality standards
