Job Role & Responsibilities / المهام والمسؤوليات:
Salary Range / الراتب:

SAR 1500 – 2,000 / من 1500 إلى 2000 ريال سعودي

Greet and assist customers in identifying the correct spare parts for their vehicles.
الترحيب بالعملاء ومساعدتهم في تحديد قطع الغيار المناسبة لمركباتهم.

Handle customer inquiries efficiently, both in person and over the phone.
التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء بكفاءة، سواء شخصيًا أو عبر الهاتف.

Prepare and issue invoices for sold parts.
إعداد وإصدار فواتير قطع الغيار المباعة.

Maintain records of sales, inventory, and customer transactions.
الاحتفاظ بسجلات المبيعات والمخزون ومعاملات العملاء.

Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure availability of fast-moving parts.
التنسيق مع فريق المخزون لضمان توفر القطع سريعة الحركة.

Keep display and storage areas organized and updated.
الحفاظ على تنظيم وتحديث مناطق العرض والتخزين.

Develop product knowledge across all vehicle brands and models.
تطوير المعرفة بمنتجات جميع أنواع وموديلات السيارات.

Build and maintain good relationships with workshop and retail customers.
بناء علاقات جيدة مع ورش العمل والعملاء في التجزئة والحفاظ عليها.

Follow up with suppliers and workshop staff for special orders or unavailable parts.
متابعة الموردين وموظفي الورش لطلبات القطع الخاصة أو غير المتوفرة.

Key Skills Required / المهارات المطلوبة:

Strong knowledge of vehicle spare parts and automotive systems.
معرفة قوية بقطع غيار السيارات وأنظمتها الميكانيكية.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية والهندية والعربية.

Must be fluent in Arabic (speaking and understanding).
يجب أن يكون المتقدم يتحدث اللغة العربية بطلاقة ويفهمها جيدًا.

Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
معرفة أساسية ببرامج الحاسب الآلي والفواتير.

Inventory management and invoicing skills.
مهارات إدارة المخزون وإصدار الفواتير.

Customer service and sales experience in an automotive environment.
خبرة في خدمة العملاء والمبيعات في مجال السيارات.

Preferred Experience / الخبرة المطلوبة:

1–3 years of experience in spare parts sales (auto shop or dealership).
خبرة من سنة إلى ثلاث سنوات في بيع قطع الغيار (في محل أو وكالة سيارات).
