Job Opening: Mechanical Engineer – Piping Projects (Saudi Arabia)

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer (Piping) to handle and execute industrial piping projects in Saudi Arabia. The candidate should be capable of managing site execution, technical coordination, and client requirements independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and supervise piping installation projects (CS, SS, Alloy, HDPE, GRE, RTR).

Review and interpret P&ID, Isometrics, GA drawings, and piping layouts.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.

Manage fabrication, erection, testing, flushing, and commissioning of piping systems.

Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and international standards.

Prepare method statements, work procedures, ITPs, and risk assessments.

Monitor project schedule, manpower, materials, and productivity.

Handle hydro testing, pneumatic testing, and NDT coordination.

Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations on site.

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and as-built documentation.


Technical Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in piping projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC.

Strong knowledge of industrial piping systems (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Utilities).

Experience in Saudi Aramco / SABIC projects is highly preferred.

Knowledge of ASME B31.3, B31.1, B31.4, B31.8, API, ASTM standards.

Familiarity with WPS, PQR, welding procedures, and material specifications.

Ability to read and manage isometric drawings, MTOs, and BOMs.

Experience with pipe supports, stress basics, and layout coordination.

Good knowledge of inspection requirements and QA/QC documentation.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic); Primavera knowledge is an advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


Additional Requirements:

Valid Saudi driving license preferred.

Must be able to join immediately or within short notice.

Transferable Iqama (preferred).
