Food Quality Specialist

📍 Location: Factory

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor food quality and food safety systems within the factory

Ensure compliance with SFDA, HACCP, and GMP requirements

Inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished products

Conduct routine quality checks and maintain quality records

Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions

Prepare quality reports and support internal and external audits

Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure product quality

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in:

Food Science

Quality Management

Biology, Chemistry, or related field

1–3 years of experience in food manufacturing

Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations

Ability to work in a factory environment

Good computer skills

Skills:

Attention to detail

Strong reporting and documentation skills

Ability to work under pressure

Team player mindset
