Position Summary
You act as the technical bridge between advanced technology and real business problems. You lead the technical side of the sales cycle. You translate RPA, AI, and IT solutions into clear business value for decision makers. You work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical discovery and solution design.
You lead deep discovery sessions with clients.
You analyze pain points, systems, and goals.
You design scalable RPA, AI, and IT solutions.

Pre sales engineering leadership.
You own technical validation during sales.
You deliver demos, POCs, and solution presentations.
You prove ROI with real use cases.

Trusted technical advisor.
You serve as the main technical contact for prospects.
You build credibility with C level and IT leaders.
You support account strategy with sales teams.

Cross functional collaboration.
You work with product, engineering, and services teams.
You ensure feasibility and smooth handover to delivery.
You share customer feedback for improvement.

Competitive differentiation.
You explain technical strengths versus competitors.
You handle objections with facts and clarity.
You support win strategies.

Content and asset development.
You create architecture diagrams and proposals.
You prepare demo scripts and best practice guides.
You help speed up the sales cycle.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar.
Technical certifications in Cloud, AI, or RPA are a plus.

Experience.
Minimum 5 years in sales engineering or solutions consulting.
Hands on experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
Practical exposure to AI concepts such as NLP, computer vision, or analytics.
Strong knowledge in at least two areas. Cloud platforms, APIs, databases, cybersecurity, or enterprise infrastructure.

Ability to explain complex ideas to non technical audiences.
Strong problem solving mindset.
Ability to build business cases and explain ROI and TCO.
Self driven and comfortable managing multiple opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in RPA scripting or low code platforms.
Knowledge of DevOps or MLOps practices.
Experience in finance, manufacturing, or logistics sectors.
Background in consultative or value based selling.
