Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking skilled and experienced technicians for our ongoing Industrial & Commercial Projects in Jeddah.
• All candidates must meet the following criteria:
• General Requirements (For All Positions):
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in industrial or large-scale commercial projects
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and follow job instructions
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and site work procedures
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Immediate availability preferred
• Willing to work overtime based on site requirements



Position-Specific Job Descriptions & Salaries

MEP Supervisor (Industrial & Commercial Experience) QTY-1
• Salary: SAR 2000 – 2500
• Diploma /Degree in Technical field
• Supervise site activities & multi-disciplinary teams
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and engineers
• Prepare reports & monitor materials
• Strong in HVAC, electrical, plumbing
• Ensure work quality & compliance

Electrical Commercial/Industrial Technician QTY -2
• Salary: SAR 1500 – 1900
• Maintenance of modern large buildings/commercial installations
• LT Panels, Switchgear, MCCs, Generators, UPS, Fire Alarm Systems
• Installation, maintenance & troubleshooting of electrical systems
• MDB, SMDB, DB wiring, cable pulling, conduits
• Industrial equipment connections & building maintenance

HVAC Technician (Industrial / Large-Scale Commercial) QTY-2
• Salary: SAR 1500 – 1900
• Maintenance & repair of chillers, package units, FCUs, AHUs
• Troubleshooting HVAC electrical & mechanical issues
• Ducting, refrigeration cycles, HVAC control panels

Carpenter (Aluminum/Wood) QTY-2
• Salary: SAR 1500 – 1900
• Fabrication & installation of aluminum doors, windows, frames
• Woodwork: cabinets, partitions, repairs, finishing
• Accurate measurements & quality finishing
Plumber (Industrial & Commercial) QTY-2
• Salary: SAR 1500 – 1900
• Installation & maintenance of water supply & drainage systems
• Experience with PVC, PPR, GI, copper piping
• Sanitary fittings, pumps & troubleshooting

Kitchen Equipment Technician QTY-2
• Salary: SAR 1500 – 1900
• Repair of ovens, fryers, chillers, dishwashers
• Experience with electric kitchen equipment
• Preventive & corrective maintenance

???? Driver + Helper QTY-1

• Salary: SAR 1200 – 1700
• Hold a Saudi valid driving license
• Assist in transportation & site tasks
