Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Office Manager with strong expertise in RO desalination plant design, engineering coordination, and multidisciplinary team leadership.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in BWRO/SWRO projects and a solid background in design software used in water treatment engineering.
???? Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage Technical Office teams (Mechanical, Electrical, I&C, Civil, CAD/BIM).
• Review & approve IFC drawings, P&IDs, hydraulic calculations, and shop drawings.
• Ensure all designs comply with project specifications, SOW, and international standards.
• Manage engineering submittals: MS, MST, ITPs, Vendor Data Sheets, FAT/SAT plans.
• Coordinate with design consultants and resolve RFIs/TQs efficiently.
• Support procurement by preparing technical comparison sheets & validating vendor technical compliance.
• Provide site technical support and oversee as-built documentation.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in desalination or industrial water treatment projects.
