Job description.
The Baggage Scanner Field Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of X-ray baggage scanners and security screening systems at airports, ports, and other client sites. The role ensures equipment operates safely, efficiently, and according to manufacturer and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
· Install, configure, and commission baggage and X-ray scanner systems.
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability.
· Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults.
· Calibrate scanners and verify performance as per manufacturer standards.
· Ensure compliance with electrical and radiation safety regulations.
· Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
· Provide technical support and operator training at client sites.
· Coordinate with project and service teams for smooth operations.
· Travel to various sites for service and installation assignments.
2-shift leader/field service Engineer (Quantity: 05)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Experience: More than 3 years of experience in installations, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of X-ray and scanner systems.
Nationality: all nationality but no need Pakistani

The Scanner Machine Shift Leader / Field Service Engineer is responsible for leading on-site service operations, ensuring smooth installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of X-ray baggage scanners and security inspection systems. The role requires both technical expertise and leadership to manage shift activities, maintain equipment performance, and ensure safety and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead technicians during shift operations and field service tasks.
Install, configure, and commission X-ray and baggage scanner systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability.
Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and radiation protection standards.
Monitor shift performance and maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
Provide technical support and training to team members and end users.
Coordinate with management and clients for project updates and service schedules.
Respond promptly to system faults or breakdowns to minimize downtime.
3)Supervisor Technician/ senior technician (Quantity: 5)
Qualification: Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical / Electronics
Experience: 4+ years in electrical wiring, connection, and repair of scanner and X-ray systems.
Language: English (basic communication skills)
Nationality: All nationality (Except Pakistani)

This role ensures equipment operates efficiently, safely, and according to company and manufacturer standards, while guiding junior technicians and supporting project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians during installation and maintenance projects.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of electrical, electronic, and mechanical components.
Assist in system installation, calibration, and commissioning.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure high equipment uptime.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and radiation protection standards.
Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior staff.
Coordinate with engineers, clients, and management to ensure smooth project execution.
4)Technician (Quantity: 15)
Qualification: Diploma in electrical or electronics or related field
Experience: 2+ years in assembly, electrical or mechanical installation, and maintenance of scanner machines or conveyor systems.
Language: English speaking,reading, writing, reporting
Nationality: All nationality (Except Pakistani)
General Requirements:
Excellent teamwork, discipline, and technical aptitude.
Willingness to travel for project assignments.
