#Should be Experience in Landscape and Irrigation Networks & Water Tanks

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline, recovery, and detailed construction programs.
• Track progress and prepare weekly & monthly reports.
• Perform delay analysis, EOT support, and recovery planning.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and procurement.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and material resources.
• Support cash flow and earned value analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale landscape and infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in mega projects (SAR 300M+).
• Strong background in irrigation networks and water tanks.
• Expert in Primavera P6 & MS Excel.
