Senior Quantity Surveyor - 3 NOs (Rental Basis)

JOB SPECIFICATION/ DESCRIPTION:

• Sr. Quantity Surveyor with min 15-17 years of experience with Graduation (QS)
• Prepare and analyze the quantity take off from the approved design.
• Prepare a detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for Civil, MEP & Electrical.
• Preferably from Utility background.
• Good communication skills for client interface.
• Coordination between various department to derive the BOQ.
• Cost management & control.
• Prepare estimates against the BOQ.
• Preparation of Claims & Variations.
• Must be able to quantify the variations / claims and estimate the cost against the same.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Prepare and lead the claims review meetings.
• Preferably worked on Extension of Time and Prolongation cost claims.

Rate - 50 SAR
Location- Tabuk
Duration — Long Term
FAT - Provided
Payment terms : 30 days from approved timesheet
