Maxon Contracting is a growing leader in construction, logistics, and infrastructure services across Saudi Arabia. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) across all our operations. As part of our continuous improvement, we are looking for a qualified and proactive Safety Manager to join our team.

Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and international safety standards.
Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
Plan and deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe work practices at all sites.
Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and audit records.
Lead and guide site safety officers and ensure HSE targets are met.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on safety matters.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in construction or logistics industry.
Certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor and safety regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and lead safety initiatives across multiple sites.
