IT Sales Executive

Job Description includes selling and presenting IT products and services (like software, hardware, and cloud solutions), identifying and meeting client needs, negotiating contracts, and building long-term client relationships.

Key duties
• Prospecting and lead generation: Finding new business opportunities through methods like cold-calling, digital tools, and networking.
• Needs analysis: Meeting with clients to understand their specific IT challenges and requirements.
• Sales presentations and demonstrations: Presenting and showcasing how software, hardware, or IT services can meet client needs.
• Proposal and contract negotiation: Developing and negotiating sales proposals, contracts, and service renewal agreements.
• Relationship management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Closing deals: Finalizing sales to generate revenue.

Essential Skills
• Technical knowledge: Proficiency in understanding and communicating technical specifications, product features, and IT solutions.
• Sales skills: Strong ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills.
• Problem-solving: An analytical mindset with the ability to identify solutions to client problems.
• Business acumen: Understanding client business objectives to provide tailored solutions.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies and client needs.

Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is often required.
• Previous sales experience, particularly within the technology sector, is highly valued.
• Familiarity with CRM software is often a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities
On a daily level, your job is likely to include:
• Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client
• Determining a client’s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
• Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client’s needs
• Answering any technical questions the client might have
• Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client

Requirements
• Valid & Transferable Iqama
• Valid Driving License.
• Flexible for travel (Local, Intercity etc.)
Salary and Benefits
• 3000 K plus Commission
