Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to manage, support, and enhance all IT operations within our organization. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to handle multiple critical systems essential for daily office operations. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

🔹 Key Responsibilities & Skills Required
1. Network Administration

Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, and access points.

Monitor network performance and ensure secure, reliable connectivity.

Implement network security systems including VPNs, firewalls, and access controls.

Manage IP addressing, VLAN configurations, and wireless optimization.

2. Software & Systems Support

Install, update, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems.

Manage office applications, Outlook/Exchange email configurations, and specialized software.

Maintain user accounts, software licensing, and access permissions.

3. Hardware Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, servers, and other IT peripherals.

Perform regular preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and inventories.

4. CCTV & Surveillance Systems

Install, configure, and manage CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and network connectivity.

Ensure video storage accuracy, system uptime, and proper equipment functionality.

5. Attendance & Access Control Systems

Install and manage biometric attendance and access control devices.

Ensure accurate data integration with HR systems.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.

6. ERP System Management

Provide technical support to ERP users across various modules.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and data access levels.

Coordinate with ERP vendors for advanced technical issues, upgrades, and enhancements.

7. Server & Data Management

Manage Windows Server, domain controllers, shared drives, and group policies.

Perform scheduled data backups and maintain recovery readiness.

Monitor and apply server security updates and log reviews.

8. Cybersecurity & IT Compliance

Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.

Maintain antivirus systems and security configurations.

Ensure company-wide compliance with IT policies and security best practices.

9. Telecommunication & Office Systems

Support IP phones, PBX systems, conferencing tools, and meeting room equipment.

Maintain uninterrupted telecommunication services across all departments.

10. Telephone Extensions Management

Create and configure telephone extensions for all departments.

Maintain call routing, extension mapping, and internal directories.

Troubleshoot extension and IP phone issues.

Coordinate with telecom providers for external line support.

11. General IT Helpdesk Support

Provide technical support to all teams and departments.

Train staff on basic IT practices and troubleshooting techniques.

Respond promptly to urgent issues to ensure smooth business operations.

📌 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of networking, software/hardware troubleshooting, servers, and IT security.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems, CCTV, attendance machines, and telecommunication systems.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
