Amazon Supervisor – Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor who has previously worked with Amazon to join our team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of 30 delivery associates.
• Ensure full compliance with Amazon’s operational standards and policies.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance.
• Report on daily operations and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:
• Previous experience working with Amazon operations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:
• Shifts of 10–12 hours.
• Days off: Non-fixed, except Thursday.
