We are seeking a highly qualified Financial Manager to lead and oversee the organization’s financial operations, ensure financial stability, and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily financial operations and prepare budgets and periodic financial reports.
• Manage cash flow and ensure efficient use of financial resources.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with approved accounting standards.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Supervise internal and external audit processes.
• Develop and enforce financial and accounting policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Create short- and long-term financial plans.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
•10 years of experience in finance, including leadership roles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced accounting tools.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are preferred.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
• الإشراف على العمليات المالية اليومية وإعداد الميزانيات والتقارير المالية الدورية.
• إدارة التدفقات النقدية وضمان كفاءة استخدام الموارد المالية.
• إعداد القوائم المالية وفق المعايير المحاسبية المعتمدة.
• تحليل الأداء المالي وتقديم التوصيات للإدارة العليا.
• الإشراف على عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي.
• إدارة السياسات المالية والمحاسبية وضمان الامتثال للأنظمة واللوائح.
• تطوير الخطط المالية طويلة وقصيرة المدى.
• قيادة فريق المحاسبة وتطوير مهاراتهم.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
• درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، المحاسبة، أو مجال ذي صلة (ويفضل حملة الماجستير).
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5–10 سنوات في المجال المالي، منها خبرة في منصب قيادي.
• إتقان برامج ERP وأنظمة المحاسبة المتقدمة.
• مهارات قوية في التحليل المالي وإعداد التقارير.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
• يفضل من لديه شهادات مهنية (CPA، CMA، CFA).
