Job Description:

The Transport / Fleet Manager is responsible for managing the company’s full fleet operations, including rental vehicles, buses, trucks, and internal company transportation needs. The role ensures efficient vehicle allocation, driver supervision, preventive maintenance, and compliance with Saudi transport regulations. The manager will coordinate all daily transport requirements for client projects as well as company staff movement, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective transportation. Responsibilities include scheduling vehicles, arranging staff pick-ups/drop-offs, supervising drivers, monitoring fuel and maintenance, coordinating with workshops, and maintaining all fleet documents, insurance, and registrations. The role also supports procurement for new vehicles and ensures high service quality and operational reliability across all transport activities.
