Description

1. Able to use English as the working language for daily on-site management;
2. Familiar with on-site construction processes, construction procedures and their acceptance standards; familiar with construction drawings, the sequencing of construction procedures, and the required allocation of personnel, materials, and equipment;
3. Able to independently develop various construction schedules and plans for resources such as materials and labor; familiar with various contract requirements, and able to guide on-site construction arrangements based on the schedule and contract requirements;
4. Able to independently identify on-site safety hazards and guide on-site safe and civilized construction;
5. Maintain a positive work attitude and career goals, integrate into project team management, and lead by example to spread positive energy.
