📢 We Are Hiring – Fabrication Shop Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Shop Supervisor who can independently handle the complete steel fabrication shop operations from start to finish.

🔧 Key Requirements:

- Strong hands-on experience in managing day-to-day steel fabrication shop activities.
- Excellent knowledge of Saudi Aramco Standards, AWS D1.1 (Structural Welding Code – Steel), and ASME Section IX.
- Ability to read, interpret, and execute all fabrication drawings and procedures accurately.
- Strong knowledge in material calculation, cutting plans, quantity take-off, and full production planning.
- Capable of supervising fabrication, welding, fit-up, QC requirements, and maintaining production schedules.
- Expertise in preparing estimation, job costing, and resource planning.
- Able to monitor workflow, manpower, safety, and quality until final delivery of the product.
