Description

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Telecom Rigger to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom towers, antennas, and related equipment. You must be physically fit, safety-focused, and experienced in working at heights.

Key Responsibility : Install, align, and maintain telecommunication antennas, microwave links, RF equipment, and tower-mounted devices
Perform tower climbing and rigging tasks following strict safety standards
Conduct routine inspections and identify equipment faults or damages
Assist in tower erection, cable routing, grounding, and labeling works
Operate rigging tools such as pulleys, slings, ropes, hoists, and winches
Ensure all work complies with safety procedures and client requirements
Prepare daily work reports and support site engineers as needed.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Telecom Rigger and Certificate from Huawei Company
Must be comfortable and trained to work at heights.
Knowledge of telecom equipment (antennas, RRUs, feeders, fiber, etc.).
Valid working-at-height and rigging certification (preferred).
Basic understanding of HSE (Health & Safety) procedures.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
Ability to travel to different sites as required.
