We are looking for a skilled Sushi Roller to join our culinary team!
Responsibilities:
• Prepare high-quality sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi
• Maintain freshness and proper handling of fish and ingredients
• Ensure excellent presentation and portion control
• Follow hygiene, safety, and kitchen standards
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and well-stocked

Requirements:
• Experience in sushi rolling or Japanese cuisine
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred:
• Experience in hotels or fine-dining restaurants
• Culinary certification is a plus
Locally available with transferable iqama
Salary 2500 incl food, accomodation & transportation provided
Any nationality
