المسمى الوظيفي:
Swimming Pool Technical Office Manager
المتطلبات:
• شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
• خبرة عملية تتراوح بين 5 – 7 سنوات في مجال أنظمة المسابح، والمكتب الفني، وإدارة المشاريع.
• معرفة قوية بالتصميم الهندسي، المواصفات الفنية، وإعداد المخططات.
• القدرة على إدارة فريق المكتب الفني والإشراف على تسليم المخططات والمستندات الفنية في الوقت المحدد.
• مقر العمل: جدة.
• لن يتم النظر في أي طلب لا يستوفي المتطلبات المذكورة.
المهام والمسؤوليات الوظيفية (Arabic):
• إدارة المكتب الفني المتخصص في مشاريع المسابح وضمان سير العمليات الفنية بكفاءة.
• إعداد ومراجعة المخططات التنفيذية والتفصيلية الخاصة بأنظمة المسابح.
• إعداد المواصفات الفنية وجداول الكميات ومراجعة المواد قبل اعتمادها.
• التنسيق مع فرق التصميم، الإنشاء، والموردين لضمان التوافق الفني وجودة التنفيذ.
• متابعة تقدم المشاريع وتقديم التقارير الفنية الدورية للإدارة.
• حل المشكلات الفنية وتقديم الحلول الهندسية المناسبة.
• ضمان الالتزام بالمعايير والأنظمة الفنية المعتمدة.

Job Title:
Swimming Pool Technical Office Manager
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in swimming pool systems, technical office work, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of engineering design, technical specifications, and shop drawings.
• Ability to manage technical office activities and lead the technical team efficiently.
• Location: Jeddah.
• Applications that do not meet the listed requirements will not be considered.
Job Responsibilities (English):
• Manage the technical office for swimming pool projects and ensure smooth operational workflow.
• Prepare and review shop drawings and detailed execution plans for pool systems.
• Develop technical specifications, BOQs, and review materials for approval.
• Coordinate with design teams, construction teams, and suppliers to ensure technical compliance and high execution quality.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular technical reports to management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective engineering solutions.
• Ensure adherence to relevant standards, codes, and technical guidelines.
