Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in a similar job working for a professional F&B
establishment
* experience on working with Foodics or similar inventory software
* Vendor sourcing & negotiation
* Food & beverage procurement
* Inventory management & stock control
* Cost reduction strategies
* Strong knowledge of restaurant operations
* Fluency in English is required.
