Technician

Install and integrate BTS, microwave, and fiber telecom equipment.

Perform testing such as VSWR, DTF, OTDR, and power checks.

Troubleshoot network faults and replace faulty modules or cables.

Prepare installation reports and update daily project progress.

Ensure site quality, grounding, and compliance with safety standards.

Rigger

Climb towers to install and align RF antennas, RRUs, and microwave dishes.

Perform MW link alignment and mechanical/electrical tilt adjustments.

Ensure proper cable routing, labeling, and weatherproofing on towers.

Follow strict working-at-height safety rules and 100% tie-off

Assist technicians with testing and ensure all tower work meets quality requirements 053 275 1914
