We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician with 4–5 years of hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate should be capable of diagnosing technical faults independently and delivering high-quality service.

Job Description

Perform advanced troubleshooting on HVAC systems including split units, package units, VRF/VRV systems, ducted ACs, and AHUs.

Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues such as compressor faults, PCB problems, sensor failures, refrigerant leaks, and low cooling efficiency.

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

Conduct refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and charging following proper procedures and safety standards.

Repair and replace defective parts including motors, capacitors, contactors, valves, thermostats, and control boards.

Inspect and maintain air distribution systems, filters, coils, and ducting.

Respond to service calls, record findings, and prepare clear technical reports.

Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company maintenance standards.

Requirements

4–5 years proven experience as an HVAC Technician

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Knowledge of refrigeration cycles and electrical systems

Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams

Valid HVAC certification or technical diploma

Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally
