Key Responsibilities:
Conduct land and structural surveys for different projects, including steel structures, anchor bolt inspections, and elevation surveys.
Utilize surveying equipment to measure land features (e.g., longitude, latitude, elevations).
Create and analyze maps, sketches, and charts to report survey results.
Prepare site layouts, CAD drawings, and detailed survey reports for project planning.
Ensure proper alignment and leveling of building foundations, columns, beams, and slabs.
Verify excavation, grading, and site plans to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian safety standards and local regulations.
Maintain survey equipment calibration for accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor safety compliance and project standards, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines.
Communicate with clients regarding project status, concerns, and necessary adjustments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on steel structures and infrastructure projects. Knowledge of Architecturally Exposed Structural Steel (AESS).Prior experience with safety and compliance monitoring in construction.
