A well-reputed advertising agency is looking for a Coordinator / Graphic Designer in its Jeddah office.

Job Description:
- Filing all official documents, vendor invoices, quotations and PO's etc. and data entry in the system.
- Maintaining workers overtime (5 to 10 workers only) on daily basis.
- Able to work on Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to check clients approved designs and coordination with workshop staff.
- Must be proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of finance/accounting will be considered a plus point.
- Must have valid driving license.
