Key Requirements:

βœ… Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, and other developmental needs
βœ… Strong leadership and team management skills β€” ability to coordinate therapists, teachers, and support staff
βœ… Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
βœ… Fast learner with the ability to adapt and manage responsibilities efficiently
βœ… Compassionate, patient, and proactive attitude towards children and families
βœ… Ability to maintain smooth daily operations and ensure effective program delivery
