1️⃣ MV Termination Technicians

Certification Required: MV Termination Certificate (11kV / 33kV – Heat Shrink / Cold Shrink)

Skills: MV cable termination, jointing, glanding, dressing, site testing

2️⃣ LV Termination Technicians

Certification Required: LV Termination & Panel Wiring Certificate (MDB/SMDB/DB)

Skills: LV panel terminations, breaker installation, cable management, testing

3️⃣ Cable Jointing & Glanding Technicians

Certification Required: Cable Glanding & Jointing Certification

Skills: MV/LV cable jointing, terminations, glanding, dressing

4️⃣ Electrical Safety Officers / Site Supervisors

Certification Required: Electrical Safety & Site Safety Certificate

Skills: Site safety management, work permit compliance, supervising termination teams

5️⃣ Testing Technicians (Preferred)

Certification Required: VLF / HiPot Testing Certificate (Preferred)

Skills: Cable insulation testing, HV/LV testing, reporting & commissioning
