Job Title: Data Encoder – Dates & Chocolate Division

Department: Production / Operations
Reports To: Production Coordinator / Operations Supervisor
Location: Riyadh, KSA

Job Purpose:

The Data Encoder is responsible for accurately recording, updating, and maintaining production and inventory data related to dates and chocolate products. The role ensures that all inputs, outputs, and movements are properly documented and encoded into the system to maintain accurate production and inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

Encode daily production data for dates and chocolate, including raw material usage, finished products, and wastage.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production batches, materials, and packaging usage.

Update and verify inventory movements in coordination with the warehouse team.

Review and reconcile data against production sheets, delivery notes, and requisition forms.

Generate daily and monthly reports for management and production review.

Ensure all data is filed, documented, and traceable for audits or quality checks.

Communicate with production, quality, and logistics teams to resolve data discrepancies.

Assist with analysis reports related to production efficiency and material utilization.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all encoded information.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in data encoding, preferably in food production or manufacturing.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.

Experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.

Language: Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Other Requirements: Must be based in Riyadh and hold a transferable Iqama.

Working Conditions:

Office-based within the production facility.

May require occasional extended hours to complete daily encoding and reporting tasks.
