Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence in the Eastern Province. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader to play a pivotal role in our expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct regular team meetings, set daily/weekly targets, and monitor performance.
Organize training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales techniques.
Manage schedules, routes, and territory assignments for the sales team.

Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and acquire new B2B clients (Wholesalers, Central Markets, Retail Shops).
- Achieve or exceed the agreed-upon sales and revenue targets for the Dammam region.
- Supervising and monitoring collections.
- Resolving collection issues and current and past debts.
- Developing sales growth plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.


Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Monitor sales metrics and KPIs (e.g., sales volume, customer acquisition, route efficiency).

Analyze market data and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Operational Efficiency:

Ensure the team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Manage inventory levels in coordination with the logistics team to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.

Oversee merchandise and product visibility in key customer outlets.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and successfully managing a sales team.
- Mandatory: In-depth knowledge of the Dammam market and existing relationships with B2B clients (wholesalers, retailers) is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with a CRM system.

Valid Saudi Arabian driving license is required.
