# DTH Drilling Operator – Solar Project


Project Type: Ground Mount Solar Project

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced DTH (Down-The-Hole) Drilling Operator to join our solar project team. The operator will be responsible for handling DTH drilling machines used for foundation and pile installations at the solar project site.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain DTH drilling rigs safely and efficiently.

Conduct drilling for solar panel mounting structures (foundation piling or anchoring).

Ensure proper alignment, depth, and diameter as per design and drawings.

Carry out routine inspection and maintenance of drilling equipment.

Report daily drilling progress, machine hours, and site issues.

Follow all safety, environmental, and quality standards at the site.

Requirements

Proven experience operating DTH rigs (preferably in solar or infrastructure projects).

Knowledge of various soil and rock types and appropriate drilling techniques.

Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues on-site.

Valid driving license / operator certification preferred.

Willingness to work in remote project locations.
