Must be currently in Saudi Arabia or ready to travel immediately.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards.

Manage staff schedules, performance, and workflow.

Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost control.

Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.

Coordinate with management to achieve operational goals.
