Polyurea Applicator Waterproofing Field Service Specialist
Polyurea Production Team
Role Summary
The individual will be responsible for supporting OEM equipment and applications, in addition to working and supporting of a cross-cultural polyurea workforce team for equipment support and maintenance and in-field polyurea and waterproofing application, testing, equipment repair, and in-field equipment installations.
Responsibilities
o Works effectively in a Saudi Arabian work environment and can communicate effectively with management, engineers, and spray applicators.
o Equipment installation of high-pressure polyurea/polyurethane spray equipment.
o Perform or oversee the application of test samples/panels, polyurea samples, and parts, to include OJT (On the Job) applications at the ongoing, site projects
o Service on site spray equipment and supporting equipment and tooling.
o Perform or assist with coating inspections, in-field root cause analysis, failure identification, and corrective action implementation.
o Collaborate with the AOC team on product development projects.
o Assist other Polyurea teams with guidance related to surface preparation and plural component high-pressure applications.
• Role Specific Skills
o Detail-oriented, a well-organized, and possess an attention to detail.
o Preferable : Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
o Knowledge of Graco plural component equipment (electric and hydraulic).
o Work closely with team members and other technicians.
o Mechanically inclined with an understanding of general equipment related to polyurea spray elastomers and coatings.
o Must be able to work around all types of primers, topcoats, coatings, and their associated cleaners/solvents.
o Must be able to wear all required PPE at all times relevant to the application.
• Education
o Minimum High School Diploma.
o PDA Certifications. Preferable

 Certified Service Training (Foam and Polyurea)



• Experience
o At least one to five (1 - 5) years of related polyurethane or polyurea spray elastomer experience.
o In depth knowledge and experience with Graco Reactor line equipment and guns, with a specific focus on Graco Reactor spray machines (Reactor 2 / EXP 2 /H50 ) & Graco T3-Series pumps.
o Knowledge of Graco airless plural component application equipment.
• Travel
o Position requires international travel to Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
o Requires travel to all company project locations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as needed.
• Language
o English required.
