About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced "Maintenance Supervisor" with a strong mechanical background and knowledge in landscaping to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, leading team, and ensuring all mechanical systems and outdoor areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

#Key Responsibilities:

->Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities
->Perform electrical repairs and preventive maintenance
->Oversee landscaping and irrigation system upkeep
->Ensure safety standards and compliance are met
->Manage maintenance schedules and reports

#Requirements:

->Diploma or certification in mechanical
->Proven experience in facility maintenance and mechanical systems
->Knowledge of landscaping maintenance
->Strong leadership and organizational skills
->Ability to work independently and as part of a team
