Dear All,

We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing the company’s accounting processes, ensuring our financial records are accurate, timely, and compliant with local regulations and international standards. You'll also support financial reporting, help guide junior staff, and work closely with other departments to keep things running smoothly.

Job Description:
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end closings.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Support audits by coordinating with external auditors.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with IFRS, VAT, and local tax regulations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis when needed.
• Review the work of junior accountants and provide guidance or corrections when necessary.
• Suggest process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency within the finance function.

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 4–7 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in a mid-to-large organization.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards (especially IFRS) and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems - Dynamics
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Experience in real estate.
• Exposure to audit processes.
• Bilingual – fluent in English and Arabic.

Offer will SR 4000 to 5000/-
