Job Summary
The Labor Camp Coordinator is responsible for the overall management of the company's labor camps, ensuring a safe, clean, and healthy living environment for all residents. The coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the accommodation, including maintenance, security, and welfare services, in full compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Camp operations and administration
Supervise the daily operations of the camp, including room allocation, occupancy records, and resident check-ins and check-outs.
Coordinate with internal departments (such as HR and projects) regarding worker mobilization, demobilization, and transfers.
Prepare and submit regular reports on camp occupancy, maintenance issues, and incident logs to management.
