1. Position: Marketing Specialist (Transferable Iqama)
Quantity: 3 nos.
Gender: Male
Nationality: Syrian/Jordanian/Lebanese or Egyptian
Work Location: Al Khobar
Company name: Emar Real Estate
Salary package: SAR 2500 to 4500

Duties and Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:
1. Conducting research to understand consumer needs, habits, and market trends.
2. Analyzing competitor offerings, market share, and customer data to identify opportunities.
3. Producing reports and providing insights to guide marketing strategy.

Campaign Development & Execution:
1. Developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital and traditional).
2. Creating and writing content such as website copy, press releases, social media posts, and newsletters.
3. Managing the content calendar and ensuring timely distribution of materials.
4. Planning and coordinating promotional events, webinars, and trade shows.

Digital Marketing Management:
1. Managing social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns.
2. Creating and sending email campaigns and monitoring online reputation.
3. Working to improve search engine rankings and optimize digital marketing channels.

Collaboration & Communication:
1. Working cross-functionally with sales, public relations, and customer service teams to ensure coordinated efforts.
2. Building and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and agencies.
3. Presenting findings, strategies, and campaign results to management.

Performance Monitoring & Budgeting:
1. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing campaign results to measure ROI.
2. Making data-driven adjustments to strategies to achieve business goals.
3. Managing marketing budgets to ensure financial goals are met.

Industry Knowledge:
1. Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, best practices, tools, and techniques.
