Description

Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical/electronics/IT/security systems engineering or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in electronic security systems, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of CCTV (IP & analog), Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm, and Video Management Systems (e.g., Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon).

Familiar with networking basics (IP configuration, switches, servers).

Vendor certification (e.g., Honeywell, Bosch, Genetec, Axis, Pelco) is an asset.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work under pressure and respond to critical situations promptly.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

System uptime and reliability percentage.

Timeliness of preventive maintenance completion.

Incident response and resolution time.

Accuracy and completeness of documentation and reports.

Compliance with internal security policies and standards.
