Experience requirement

• Project manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.
• Plan and implement projects and help define project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Define tasks and required resources and Collect and manage project team project budget.
• Allocate project resources.
• Create schedule and project timeline, support and direct team.
• Lead quality assurance.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
• Evaluate and assess result of project.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills, Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.
• Contract negotiation.
• Conflict resolution experience.
• Adaptability, Able to tolerate and work under stress.

Qualification requiremens
• The candidate shall be B.E. or B.Tech. in Mechanical with minimum of 20 years’ total experience out of which minimum 10 Years’ experience (Gulf specially KSA) in process plants like Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals/refinery units, Fertilizer and Minimg sectors.
• Good Technical Knoledge in Maintenance of all types of process equipments including Static / Rotary , Piping & Structural steel Fabrication, erection, Repair/Modification works.
• Proven Experience in Execution of various Turnarounds, Shutdowns, Emergency Maintenance Jobs.
• Must possess Leadership skills and to have Techno-Commercial knowledge of Turarounds to lead and Guide the team.
• Proven Experience in handling major Turnarounds with a peak manpower of more than 1500.
• Excellent in communication and strong command in English language.
