Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Architectural Quality Inspector to oversee and ensure the quality of architectural works on site. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or a non-engineering Bachelor’s degree and possess practical experience in inspecting architectural finishes and installations in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine and scheduled inspections of ongoing architectural works on site.
• Verify that all works conform to approved drawings, materials, and quality standards.
• Monitor and inspect the following architectural elements, including but not limited to:
• Blockwork and plastering
• Ceiling framing and installation
• Tiling and flooring
• Doors, windows, and frame installations
• Cladding and fa?ade elements
• Document non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Coordinate with contractors and site supervisors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, and other quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable building codes.
• Participate in progress and quality meetings as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Diploma or a non-engineering Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architectural Technology, Building Construction, etc.)
• Minimum [X] years of experience in architectural site inspection or quality control.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and installation techniques.
• Familiar with architectural drawings and project specifications.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with site teams.

• Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
• Familiarity with international quality standards and local building regulations.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant inspection/reporting tools.
