Description

Experienced Site Supervisor with hands-on expertise in structural strengthening and repair works, including CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) application, RCC column jacketing, epoxy/PU crack injection, and concrete repairing techniques. Skilled in supervising site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and implementing safety standards. Strong ability to coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers to deliver projects within time and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision of CFRP wrapping, column jacketing, and crack injection works.
Monitoring concrete repair processes including chipping, surface preparation, bonding agents, and finishing.
Ensuring compliance with structural drawings, method statements, and quality standards.
Preparing daily progress reports and coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment.
Maintaining site safety protocols and resolving technical/site issues promptly.
Liaising with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals.
