Responsibilities:

* Create and design floral arrangements and bouquets for various occasions.
* Assist customers, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable designs.
* Prepare and organize flowers for events such as weddings, parties, and corporate functions.
* Ensure proper care, handling, and freshness of flowers.
* Manage stock levels of flowers and accessories.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of proven experience in floral arrangement or flower shops (mandatory).
* Strong knowledge of floral design, color coordination, and arrangement techniques.
* Creativity and strong aesthetic sense.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, especially during busy seasons.
