We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards are consistently maintained. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Responsibilities:

Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning operations.

Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide training to the housekeeping team.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Handle guest complaints and requests professionally.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Co ordinate with Front office & maintenance team to address guest requests promptly.

Requirements:

Candidates must have prior experience working in 4- or 5-star hotels.

Minimum 2รขย€ย“3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

Able to report day to day basis

Ability to comunicate effectivly in english (arabic is an advantage)

Flexible ,organised and guest focused.
