Job Title: Elevator Cabin Manufacturing & Supervision Engineer / Supervisor

Job Summary:
Anfal Company is seeking experienced Engineers or Supervisors specialized in elevator cabin manufacturing and supervision. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality production, providing administrative and technical supervision to teams, and ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards. Proficiency in modern technologies such as CNC machines and AutoCAD is essential. Success in this role means delivering top-quality products that meet European and international standards, while contributing to Anfal’s leadership in the elevator industry.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire process of elevator cabin manufacturing from design to delivery.

Prepare and update technical drawings using AutoCAD.

Operate and program CNC machines and supervise their use.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements.

Manage and assign tasks to production teams for optimal performance.

Coordinate with other departments (Engineering, Quality, Procurement) for efficient operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).

Minimum of 5 years experience in elevator cabin manufacturing or metal industries.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering design software.

Skilled in CNC programming and operation.

Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards.

Excellent leadership, supervision, and communication skills.
