Description

Responsibilities • Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive bar experience.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and comply with responsible service guidelines.
• Assist in creating new beverage recipes and seasonal drink offerings.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and daily bar reconciliations accurately.
• Support in bar inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering supplies.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and health regulations.
Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; bartending certification preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of bartending experience in hospitality or entertainment venues.
• Knowledge of mixology, beverages, and current industry trends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
