📢 URGENT REQUIREMENT – SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Wiring Harness Manufacturing Company – Jubail, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team in a leading Wiring Harness Manufacturing Company.

Position: Shift Supervisor
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production operations for wiring harness assembly.

Manage and guide operators/helpers to achieve production targets.

Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.

Monitor manpower allocation and workflow.

Report production status and issues to management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wiring harness / cable assembly industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
